Safety & Quality Statement
ZTCTPL processes comply with all applicable regulations and best global practices in regard to Quality, Health,
Safety and Environment (QHSE). The facility has Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) with zero liquid discharge, in
compliance with standards required by pollution control board. The premises are secured with stoned
boundary wall, barbed wires fence and 24x7 high-resolution CCTV surveillance systems. The entire facility has
firefighting arrangements and ring main system network. The facility ensures safety measures during day-today operations like wearing of personal protective gear, use of fall protection, use of safety gear during
welding, availability of first-aid boxes, proper earthing of electric network & tanks, availability of foot operated
safety showers, defined alternate escape routes etc. for general safety of personnel..
